Atomic Hawx Magna XTD 105 Ski Boots 2026 // Women's

A new women's specific touring boot that is built for a wider foot and falls on the stiffer end of the spectrum. The boots feel very confident on the downhill, stability is high and power transfer is immediate. Brand new and already one of the bests of its kind.

IT'S THE CLIMB - MILEY

The Atomic Magna has been around for a minute and has become one of the best and most popular high-volume boots among women skiers. The all-new Magna XTD is the same boot with the addition of walk mode and a few other touring-friendly features. In terms of performance, the boots feel closer to a downhill boot than a touring boot. This means if downhill performance is your priority you're in the right place, if weight-saving and uphill ease are your priority then a lighter, more touring-oriented option would be better. The Magna fit is built for women with wider feet, another reason the Magna XTD has us stoked. There hasn't always been a huge range of options for skiers with wider feet looking to build a touring setup, so it's downright glorious to see such a high-quality addition to the category.

Bootfitter's Notes

The Atomic Hawx Magna XTD 105 is a true high-volume fit for skiers with wider feet or comfort-oriented skiers. It is generous in width and on top of the foot while being firm enough in the heel to keep you planted. Out of the box, toes may feel a bit crowded in length and vertically but this will open up very quickly and does not warrant sizing up. The shell on the Hawx Magna XTD is heat moldable along with the liner making the fitting process a breeze for customers and boot-fitters.

A hybrid touring boot built for skiers who need a wider boot. The Magna XTD 105 provides impressive performance on the downhill and has all the features you need to go alpine touring. It's not the lightest most hiking-friendly option, but it's downhill performance is hard to compete with.
