A heavier insulator than a mircopuff jacket designed to help keep you outside longer without adding significant weight to your kit. Weighing in at 330g, this 800 fill responsibly sourced down mid layer has surface material that repels light rain and snow if you are caught in some weather before you get your shell on, or if you're just wearing it to and from work. The pockets are backpack and harness-compatible and the hood is elastitized so if it's up, it stays up. We've worn it skiing in the winter, boat rides in the spring, camping in the fall and traveling in the summer. Broad Peak is the perfect insulator.
