Man I have skied these bindings hard, I'm 210 pounds without ski gear on and I feel super confident in the Kingpin 10.  Sure at my weight I'd normally do the 13, but this thing holds up.  Kingpin is a bit more user friendly than other bindings in it's class, with a standard alpine heel piece and 2 easy to use climbing aids.  Because of the alpine style heel piece, you really feel like you can drive the ski unlike a Dynafit that feels a little washy.  Marker knows how to build bindings that ski well, and the Kingpin 10 doesn't miss the mark.
